Rates:
Initial evaluation is $150 for the 60 minute session. After this, the rate is $75 per 30 minute session, $120 per 45 minute session or $150 per 60 minute session.
For any other service, that may not be covered by insurance, (e.g. school advocacy) the rate is around $100 per hour including travel time but varies slightly with each therapist in the network.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Our network of providers could be in network with one of the following: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, United Healthcare, MGBH, Medicare, and Tufts (HMO/PPO only, no public or mass health versions)
If you don't see your insurance on this list, check with your policy to see if you have Out of Network benefits. If you do, you may be able to be seen while using your Out of Network insurance benefits.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a case by case basis.
Payment
Payment or Co Payment is due at the time of service or keeping a card on file
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, check, credit and debit cards.
Credit and debit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
Cancellation Policy
Each therapist in our network has their own cancellation policy which will be listed on the paperwork during your first appointment
Your insurance will not cover these fees. Exceptions will be made in emergency circumstances.
